Payment Information

·         Registration Fees: $75.00 (Includes 2 night lodge, ALL MEALS, T-shirt, and Registration)

·         There will be a $15.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

·         Last payment in full is due Sunday, August 3, 2008.  (A request for a refund (not including $15.00 deposit) must be made in writing before Saturday, August 2, 2008.)

·         Please include a registration form with your $15.00 deposit.

·         Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, and money order.  PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH!!!  Cash, check, or money orders can be collected in person at Community Fellowship Church of Ministries to Marie Thomas Monday- Friday between the hours of 10:00am- 2:00pm; or, Wednesdays between 6:00pm- 7:30pm to Teandra Storey or Tabitha Thomas. Checks and money orders should be made out to Community Fellowship Church (or CFC).
